It was fine and they got the food out quick but they completely forgot everything that goes on the jr bacon cheeseburger. And I’m not the type of person to check my order while I’m there because I shouldn’t have to. Disappointed but didn’t feel like going back

Hello everyone. I want to report a serious and completely unacceptable situation at this Wendy’s. The young man who serves the fries does not wear gloves and is constantly using his phone, which is disgusting, unhygienic, and a health risk, especially for children.
What is even more concerning is that the manager does nothing about it, downplaying the issue and saying there is no problem because “he is not touching the fries with his hands.” This shows a total lack of professionalism, hygiene, and responsibility. These kinds of practices should never be allowed in any restaurant.
