I could understand if they were packed and busy with orders but 2 simple orders with 2 items was not enough to not look up and acknowledge anyone walking into the store. As I write this, I'm waiting for my order and no one has acknowledged our presence or anyone else that has come in. They just drop the items and leave. This is the worst service from this Dunkin ever. I've had better service from busy Manhattan Dunkins during rush hour. If that wasn't enough, the Mango Refresher didn't taste like others. Very frustrating experience.
