  Fries were not cooked xx crispy as asked, they were actually barely lukewarm and like eating mashed potatoes! The tenders were cold, a bit chewy and the sauces (atomic, habanero and hot) were all very salty. I live only 5 minutes away, maybe less, so I don’t think they serve the food hot in the first place. 1 time and done! I won’t be back. Fairly expensive too. Cajun seasoning on my cold fries was fairly tasty and the ranch dressing was very good as well. I never received a receipt so I cannot go onto your corporate website to perform that review. Be certain that I did google, the review I request from Wingstop, Yelp and Trip Advisor.

  I Usually order the 10 piece well done as soon as I got there Vicky remember my face and knew exactly what I ordered. Sometimes I have a problem with getting the wings cooked exactly how I like but not when she’s working always 5 stars ⭐️

  I don’t know if wingstop fails with every order or just whenever I order. Incomplete and cold food my daughter is returning our order as at this moment. If she returns home with the correct order I don’t think Im Willing to give it another shot . I have ordered three times and never had it one hundred percent correct. Very disappointing

  Manager was very rude after telling her they put hot sauce on my son's when he ask for plain, original. She wouldn't give me her name and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me they weren't available, so I ask for new chicken with no sauce she told me no, and I ask for the phone # she refused to give it to me, she told me, I didn't want to mess with her today she wasn't gonna take it so I proceeded to get a picture on the wall of the # to call, she told me to leave the store that the cops were coming if I don't. Then gave the other lady new chicken and the other lady said well i need to put it in the bag the so called manager said no she aint getting no bag.I called the number on the wall and reported what happened and how the so called manager acted. There were other customers in there also. I never had such a experience at this place last year, but she was not there either.. She has no need to be working with customers with a attitude like that, even if she was having a bad day.. I did let others no also and we will NOT be back and she needs to be fired. THE BBB will also be notified.
