  best food ever. generous helpings of pineapple in applicable dishes. flavors are totally spectacular. decor is also nice. i love this place

  The food is delicious!! However, I did notice a lot of oil being used in the food. My noodles were drenched in oil. Ice tea was also very refreshing with loads of sugar.

  Food is great. Ambiance is great. The service is off. The team lacks experience in customer service. The manager lacks maturity and does not how to handle situations. Rude and lack of experience.

  Kinda disappointed with our experience at Phattra thai. Food was good. Be wary of spice level. 2 or 3 spice is equivalent to 4 or 5 on a scale of 5. They have byob. You can bring wine and or beer. The poor experience stemmed from an unhappy and overworked crew. The staff was not very friendly and their attitude was not great. Not sure why. Also we asked for a larger table as we knew we were going to order a lot of food, but they curtly refused even though thre place was empty. Some of the serving dishes were chipped.

  Areas for improvement: Please ensure all listed ingredients are included in the food, as some were missing from the dish. For the Pad Kra Pao, please reduce the amount of sauce and onions. The dish was overloaded with onions, overshadowing the other vegetables. - Waiter/attendant can be more "attentive". I had to look for someone to give these feedback. He said he would take the food back and add missing veggies, which loses the credibility of it completely. Hope this feedback is taken constructively to. Improve the service
