I went in around 1:00 on a weekday and the place was packed. Not sure if the local kids were out for lunch or had an early dismissal, but the line moved quickly. When I ordered, the server put three pieces of chicken in my bowl. I questioned it, and he told me they were “big chunks,” so that was a normal portion. The next employee in line clearly disagreed, added more chicken, and even acknowledged it wasn’t a full serving. That’s when the first guy said, “That’s a double now—charge him double.” I literally stood there watching two employees argue over how a half portion suddenly became a double. Completely ridiculous. If you want to talk about a truly poor customer experience, this is it. I will never return to this location. Not that it probably matters—the school crowd clearly keeps the place busy anyway.
