  I mean....its tacobell. With that being said it was one of the best I've been to. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but it was amazing how quick they got my food out. The music was great though. I overall I enjoyed my time here.

  This store accepted a DoorDash order at around 2:15 in the morning. It was part of another delivery that I was doing, so by the time I got there it was around 2:20 to 230. I sat in the drive-through lane for about five minutes and nobody spoke to me or anything. So I drove around to the drive-through window, and saw that there was employees inside of the building. So I thought OK maybe they’re just busy so I went back around and went to the drive-through ordering box again. Sat there for another three minutes. Nothing, so I drove back to the window and sat there and waited. One of the workers looked at me, walked a little further in and tried to hide as if she didn’t want to interact with me while speaking to somebody else that worked there. After about a minute or two another employee walked over to the window, just shook her head and did her hand cutting across her neck, mouthing the words, we’re closed over and over. I said to her, but I’m here to pick up a DoorDash order, and went to get my phone to try and show her and she just stood there doing the same thing over and over again. At that point, I realized I wasn’t getting anywhere, and I looked in there and saw on the shelf that they had printed out labels from multiple orders that I guess had gone through, but I am assuming we’re never going to get made. On the window, they have their hours, and I realized that being that it was 2:30 in the morning on Friday, technically they’re open hours would have been the Thursday hours, which say 9 AM to 2 o’clock in the morning I don’t know if the order was placed before they closed and that’s why it went through, or if they just forgot to turn the machine off that accepts orders. Either way she could have at least came to the window and talked with me so we could figure out what had happened. Instead, she just stood there and shook her head and refused to talk to me about it. I understand there is a safety factor to taken to consideration, but she could’ve at least came to the window and kept it closed and talk to me through it either way, my DoorDash rating took a hit because of this because the order went through and I was not able to pick it up. In my opinion terrible service. I understand that leaving this rating is not going to make a difference, but I do feel like I needed to get my frustration out.
