- TNTj NagengastDec 27, 20251.0Staff is unprepared all the ingredients were empty during dinner time, I waited 20 mins for steak to be cooked and im now ten mins beyond that looking at it not being cut, the "manager" spent that whole time checking the temperature of the water, repeatedly on the same sets of items. The staff was not at fault they are trying but to have run out at all while still with supplies is wild to me, this experience reminds me why I dont eat at Chipotle often.

Behind the counter was just as bad. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to make chicken and the young person behind the counter was very unpleasant just slapping the food in the bowl. My burrito bowl was cold. Service was terrible. I will not be returning to this Chipotle. I was so disappointed.
