- CRChris RensmanJan 4, 20261.0My first review of anything ever. That’s how ridiculous this place is. I have spent no less than 35 minutes each time waiting for no more than 2 hamburgers. Sometime up to an hour if there is an additional fry or worse ….. a happy meal. So… I thought…. Let mobile order and take it home. Well that’s worse. Now I wait 20-30 minutes before I drive there and then wait 10- 20 minutes in the store while they make it….. with a 50-75% chance it’s wrong or missing stuff. Tonight… 1/3rd my order is wrong/missing…. I have tolerated this until now. The lady tonight (assuming the manager) told me that the only way to fix this is to give them 10 more minutes or to let them know my name and she can have it there to make sure it’s done. My recommendation…. Literally order from any other towns McDonald’s….. I could order from Philly and damn near save time. Medford has been awful for years and somehow it’s even worse. If they let people just walk in and make it themselves it would be better.

Went to my parents house right around rhe corner. Our sandwiches were cold but our fries were piping hot. No excuse even if they were busy. I paid 44.00. Unexceptable. After reading the reviews I can understand the low reviews Advice: go to the one in Mt Holly. Food is hot and you get everything at the window. I can't speak for everyone.Never had a bad experience there.Service is wonderful there. Even if they're busy.

Arrived at the drive-thru 15 mins after placing my order to be asked to pull forward to wait for my order, which was weird since there was no one in front or behind me. I didn’t mind too much, hoping the food would be hot and fresh. Nope - not only was the food cold, but one of the big macs was missing the “mac” - just 2 cold patties (one with cheese) and 3 buns; no lettuce sauce, pickles, or onions. I don’t come here too often, but when I do, there seems to always be an issue. I’m taking it as a sign - I shouldn’t be eating fast-food!
