The food is made to order, but it takes a very long time to receive your meal. I just think that Taco Bell used to be really good and that it’s gone downhill lately. The quality of the food and the service has declined. The tables are not wiped down after use, and the restrooms should be better maintained. I would say the food is mediocre at best. Every time I go there as a consumer, I am disappointed. I’ve gotten to the point where I pick another fast food Restaurant to go to. I’m not blaming the employees, they seem like they’re always short staffed. Maybe if they offer their employees better pay and increased their benefits, they’d be fully staffed. Taco Bell is expensive and the food disappoints. Our meal for two people was well over $30. For fast food? What happened to an inexpensive and fast meal? I would be happy to pay the money, if there was a better quality of food and service.
