  This McDonald's was quick. Although the food we ordered was hot and fresh and of a better quality than most, the cashier wasn't knowledgeable about the Mobile App, and didn't give me part of my order.

  No customer service skills from not all but a lot of the workers there especially the guy in drive thru and I think he’s a manager smh

  The lady working at the front counter during breakfast is completely rude. We ordered at the kiosk and as soon as the order went through she started yelling how nobody can cook for themselves and that the customers are lazy and they all need to go away.

  to begin I’ve been to this McDonald’s before and things have been missing and I drove off and I just let it be. I have worked in a restaurant so I hate to be annoying. However, today I checked my bag before I left therefore, I would be able to know if I need something. Like before there was something missing. It was only one sauce so I asked can I have that sauce? The response I got was Disrespectful to a customer. I was always told at my job to be respectful. Then, as I’m walking to fill up my soda, I hear the lady who handed it to me in a blue shirt Going on and on about how she’s done with giving people free, sauces and how people need to start paying for them. However, I did pay for my sauce. It was just forgotten. It’s not in my bag. I tell the lady I did pay for the sauce. You just forgot it and she ignores me and it’s just yelling and going on and on behind the counter. I can hear her from the soda machine. It’s plain disrespectful to accuse a customer of lying when you’re the person who forgot the food. I tried to walk back up and resolve things so she didn’t have a bad shift because I understand that and she was gone. So she can’t even apologize to the customer that she freaked out on for absolutely no reason. If I did that at my old job, I would get consequences. Not sure about how McDonald’s works. this is my lunch break for work that I’m spending money on here so I would appreciate respect and only respect when that’s what I’m giving the workers. I have never been disrespectful so I don’t get why I would deserve that in return. I was getting spoken to like I was her child or her friend. I probably will try to avoid that place even though that’s where I go for almost all my lunch breaks so you’ll lost a customer because of your worker think about that. And just an FYI, this is the first bad review I’ve ever wrote in my whole entire life. Because the lady actually was yelling at me during my work break. She’s old she’s cranky and she deserves to be fired. All the young customers in there have been nothing but kind to me. Maybe she’s too old to be working. Here’s evidence of my ONE hot honey I asked for. There should be two if i was lying and still got it.
