There were 3 other people not looking at counter or customers at all. 1 person cooking on grill 2 people looking at the counter next to the grill and each other but not much action otherwise. The 1 person taking the orders left the counter area immediately after taking the longer order and didn't return for a while leaving the customers with zero way to order at the counter. I left and went next door to the China cuisine place. Much better!
