That same day I had ordered a pizza with hot sauce and requested extra, instead of just doubling up on the pumps, they decided to take the lid off and pore the hot sauce directly on the pie and made it look like soup. I was forced to clean off all that excess to make it edible.

Their approach to situations is extremely judgmental. I left feeling disrespected and completely unseen today, and I will never return to this Mays Landing location. Some emotional intelligence and empathy training would go a long way in improving how you interact with people. To the lady who disrespected me just because I packed wrongfully which wasn’t intentional because I had crying babies. You went ahead and reported to the manager that I called four times and that’s the way your manager addressed the issue with no empathy but authority in his voice. Well as a fellow woman! thank you and I genuinely wish you all the best. I hope some day you will understand what empathy means!
