  The worst dunkin in the country i have had to walk into. Im not even a customer, as a doordash driver picking up orders, the employees in the store should not be rude. They cant say hello let alone look at you. When they do its like im the bother 🤣🤣🤣 the employees should not be complaining about the customers in drive through. They forget, those people are keeping a paycheck for you. Mandi management do better.

  Very slow and didn't have the meal I wanted . Asked for Honey and salt and pepper more than once.

  I decided to purchase a Frozen Hot Chocolate from this Dunkin Donuts location, as I walked in, a employee was working on one of the cash register asked me to give her a few minutes, which I replied take your time. Ok, let me explain what happened when I placed my order, I asked for a small frozen hot chocolate, then changed to a medium one with no whipped cream, the employee repeated what I asked for, my first total amount came to be $ 3.40 and this transaction took place at 2:25 PM, I proceeded to wait patiently for my order and once she came to me with a order in a while styrofoam cup, because I know that the frozen hot chocolate always comes in a plastic cup, so I asked the employee if that was my frozen hot chocolate, which turned out to be a frozen hot coffee she looked at me like what just happened and I said to her I told you that I wanted a frozen hot chocolate with no whipped cream, so the employee realizes the mistake and refunded me the first amount of $ 3.40, so then the employee charged me $ 5.96, had me thinking ok I'm going to have the correct item this time, but guess what no I didn't because the employee messed up a second time, because she handed me another frozen hot coffee, then she refunded me another transaction in the amount of $ 5.96, so the employee was determined to make it right the third time, I was already getting very angry because the employee has messed up my order twice and I was not about to spend another second in that place, so I told her to cancel the order, she was very persistent to correct her mistakes, kept saying she was sorry. I was going to file a complaint about this location because this is not my first time having my same order constantly being made wrong and yes I keep asking myself why do I keep going in there if I already know that my order is going to be incorrect, well when you crave for one of your favorite drinks and that's the closest location when I'm in that part of town, I just want my order made to my satisfaction, but now I'm going to have to find myself another location because the Mays Landing Dunkin lost a customer. Let me say one thing extra, there are a few Dunkin employees that are good and they do what I ask. There will be a complaint made and I am very disappointed in this location.
