  I came to attach a photo of the wrapper I just had in the middle of my burrito. Every once in a while things are just bad. It’s a shame. Been going for years and the highs and lows are noticeable. A printed paper wrapper in The middle of the burrito. Burrito is wrapped in foil. I thought it was skin. So gross

  This is by far the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. Every single time I come here—no matter what time of day—it seems like they are always out of multiple items. What’s even more frustrating is that the staff regularly refuses to make more when asked. This has happened on numerous occasions, not just once or twice. I have also tried several times to contact the General Manager, Simon, to address these ongoing issues, but my calls are never returned. It’s extremely disappointing that there appears to be no accountability or follow-up from management when customers are clearly having repeated negative experiences. I’ve given this location more chances than I should have because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle, but the level of service and lack of basic customer care at this particular restaurant is unacceptable. It feels very poorly managed, disorganized, and completely indifferent to the customer experience. At the end of the day, it seems like the only priority here is pushing customers through and collecting money rather than ensuring quality food and service. Unfortunately, after multiple frustrating visits and no response from management, this will be the last time I come to this location

  This the worst Chipotle in the world. On multiple occasions, I have gone here after work and have had to wait in line for 30+ minutes because the service manager Cheyenne will do anything but get on the line. She was so lazy and watched her coworkers struggle while she stands there and does nothing. I’ve witnessed it multiple times! I don’t ever leave negative reviews, but this location should be ashamed that their service manager does nothing to support her own team

  I ordered a chicken bowl and barely any chicken, cheese, or salsa. Very disappointed and will not return!
