Absolutely horrendous experience for me and my wife.
The lack of attention to detail was blatant. To kick things off, I ordered a dirty martini with kettle one vodka and blue cheese olives. The martini came out with grey goose, regular olives and chunks of ice in it. Not a huge deal right? After all, I like grey goose however, the mistakes did not end there. Shortly after being seated my wife noticed French fries smeared on the carpet underneath her seat. I glanced down and noticed a dirty rocks glass on the floor beside my seat! We ordered the calamari as an appetizer that came out cold and greasy ( we continued to overlook the short comings ).My wife ordered the main size fillet, cooked medium and it came blue rare. We sent that back. We ordered the Flemings potatoes which was sitting in a quarter inch of grease. The side dish had been reheated so many times that the sauce had totally broken and became nothing other than curdles of dairy and separated grease. We sent that back as well and opted for the chipotle Mac and cheese. The waiter was back with our new side in less than 1 minute which tells me the side was just sitting under a heat lamb because it was luke warm at best. We dealt with it. I ordered the NY strip which was decent. I ordered it with the colossal Diablo shrimp however, it arrived with no shrimp. I chose to ignore it, I knew that at this point this place was going to fall well short of our expectations no matter what. We spent $350 at this establishment to receive a terrible meal in an absolutely filthy environment. AVOID AT ALL COST!
We went to Fleming's for a Birthday celebration. The place is really beautiful & cozy but loud, and the waiter was very friendly an attentive. The food was good but not great, for the price that we paid for 16 people I think the steak should've been super moist but it wasn't. Mac & cheese was not seasoned, the portions could've been larger too. No need for me to return.
OMG, I loved everything about this place. I got the bone-in ribeye and crab-stuffed shrimp. I also had the French dip filet sandwich. This place is pricey, but the food is outstanding and amazing. Can't wait to eat here again.
Diner for mom dad & son
They messed up the order for mom,
Then made her wait 30+ more minutes while father & son ate our steaks!
Mom would normally blow her top but behaved her self because our son was there on Spring Brake so I think she didn't want to make a sean...
I kept my mouth shut but was horrified at how this high end steakhouse handled the unhappy mom....i did see the receipt for $240.00, we had no alcohol so for the 3 of us It looks like they didn't comp her dinner!!
She treated so again, I kept my mouth shut to keep the peace...
The chief/mgr did stop by and offered her another steak to go, but she refused, but the waitress did leave it for her. I could tell our waitress was very frustrated with mom but kept her cool...
Mom wanted to treat our son to a fancy steak diner but unfortunately sheet happens and this was a big pile of it....
BTW our steaks where very good..
The mgr should have comped the unhappy mom even it she was a ball buster...

I've been here four times in the past two months. I like Flemings. My Fiance and I like it so much we invited her family to celebrate her birthday here. Her brother is vegan, and there is a vegan burger on the bar menu. We asked our server if we could have the vegan burger served at the table, because...we are all sitting at the table together. They said, "No, if you want the vegan burger you will have to sit at the bar." I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous. It's not like we were trying to all order burgers, there was a guest with dietary restrictions, and we were asking for a vegan meal to be brought to the table. No worries, the waiter said they have an unofficial, non-printed, vegan menu. He came back and said you have have a house salad, baked potato, or spinach, but you definitely cannot have the only vegan item from the bar...
I will be looking at another steakhouse to go to, which is more accommodating for those with dietary restrictions. Oh, look...Texas Roadhouse just opened up down the street. They may not have wagyu, but I am sure they will be a little more accommodating for guests with dietary restrictions.
If you are looking to bring your family here, look somewhere else. If everyone is perfectly fine with only eating meat, cheese, etc, great! If one of your guests has some kind of restriction, definitely look elsewhere or sit at the bar.
