He said okay and even put it on the cup and when I got it it was filled with ICE....tried to have him scan my app for points and it didnt even click so he never really scanned it, they didnt listen to my order at all.

They have half the donuts they should. They don't make frozen coffee past a certain time. PURE LAZINESS from the top down. Whoever is overseeing operations here is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They are lazy and incompetent and RUDE. They fired the workers who were high as a kite and honestly, I want them back over who is currently working here. Give your money to another Dunkin - or better, Starbucks. The coffee's better anyway.
