The food did not come until 3:00 pm and you can only imagine how cold it was. I did call the store at 2:40 pm and was told Emily was the only driver and had several deliveries. I was the last stop although I’m only 2 miles from the store. I called the store to let them know I was not satisfied and asked to speak to a manager. This is actually the worst part of the ordeal. The young lady, I mean girl, said she was the assistant manager. I then asked for her name and to my amazement she said she didn’t feel comfortable providing her first name and she didn’t have to provide it. Of course, this was very odd. Instead of possibly writing a decent review on how “the unknown assistant manager” assisted me, it turned into me writing a negative review. I have ordered from this dominoes location for years, and unfortunately, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Unless new leadership is put in charge, expect bad service and unprofessional people.
