Wrapped my kids burrito that fell apart before we got it out of the aluminum. Quality of the food seems to have declined as well. It’s a shame because it’s so close but it costs too much to eat here to NOT get good quality food and at bare minimum descent service. If that kid doesn’t like his job, he should quit.

The topping I wanted on the tacos were fajitas and I asked them for some and the guy making the tacos looked down at the empty tray and looked at me saying there were no more left even though I can see with my own two eyes a guy on the grill making a full try of fajitas. The woman next to him said we would have to wait 10 minutes for fajitas which I said was fine and then changes her statement and said it’s for “online orders only”. I have NEVER heard of that before.

It’s honestly embarrassing. The food is good and they actually give decent portions too so it’s just a shame
