I asked for them to put a new one out and they said at 5pm they had to use the leftovers from the morning. I said but look at it. It looks like poop. How can you serve that? Ten minutes later for other patrons she takes a fresh tray out. This place sucks and they give you no food for $20 per bowl. We also waited ten minutes to be served with 4 people in the open kitchen just ignoring us, no words, no eye contact, before our order was taken. I said no guac both times but my daughter got the gross guac. Can’t believe I was charged for this slop. All rice underneath, 3 pieces of meat, and mushy salsa.

This seemed suspicious but I didn’t want to say anything. I asked for a receipt and noticed they charged me for a steak bowl with double meat. I went back up to say I did not order double meat and didn’t even care about the mistake about what meat I ordered. Instead of the employee owning the mistake he told me it was my fault that I didn’t realize the mistake when I was paying. I was able to get the $4 places back on my card but I should have mentioned that I didn’t order steak. Overall the customer service needs to be improved and mistakes should be corrected.
