Absolutely horrible. Waited close to an hour with no food. Management is horrible, does not know how to help customers, absolutely no flexibility and does not know how to accommodate customers. If kitchen is slow, maybe consider hiring people and have faster turnover time

My friend and I regularly go to Brio over the past seven years you can usually count that the food is good. No exception our last visit we particularly like the eggplant and shrimp appetizer absolutely delicious. Unfortunately our last visit wasn’t as great as previous ones due to either overly intrusive or completely un attentive service.

Joe(server), Kara (bar tender) and Paige (hostess) were working their tails off and were great. We went on Christmas Day for a 6pm reservation and was seated at 7:05pm. The poor staff were running and giving all they had but management should have prepared much better. I hope they thank the staff for handling the situation as best they could to make up managements lack of support and preparation.

What happened to this place? Dirty, silverware, and dirty Dishes. The food was OK, not great. Our waiter was Carmen. He was outstanding! Filthy ladies room. If I had gone to the restroom before my dinner, I would have never eaten here. We ate here on December 22, Very few people in there for dinner, So the crowd couldn’t have been an excuse Also dying poinsettias all over the place. Not coming back.
