Saturday night presented a phenomenal dining experience at Brio Italian Grille. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was intentional, welcoming, and well-orchestrated. The greeter, the ambiance, and the overall flow of service reflected a team that clearly understands execution and guest experience. Now let’s talk about the food. I ordered the lamb chops, fully expecting a modest portion, and was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they generously sized, but they were cooked to perfection, flavorful, and satisfying. The salad complemented the meal beautifully and delivered on freshness and taste. Our server provided solid, professional service. While it may not have crossed into the extraordinary, it was consistent, attentive, and aligned with the overall experience, which made the evening seamless and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the noticeable upgrade since my last visit a few years ago. The quality of the food, the enhanced ambiance, and the overall dining experience have all evolved in the right direction. It felt like the perfect way to close out a beautiful week. If you have not yet experienced Brio at the Promenade, I would absolutely recommend adding it to your list. This is a location that is clearly investing in excellence, and it shows. I will definitely be back with more reviews.

We had a great Easter Bunny Brunch experience with our family and grandsons. I would highly recommend anyone to join next year. Brio had a very nice setup for photos with the Easter Bunny and amazing activities and gift bags. The team did such a great job. Our boys had a really good time. And our server Mike Nasuti was fantastic! Great personal engagement and service for a wonderful and delicious family brunch. Brio is definitely on our brunch plans again soon.

I come here often, order is never ready but usually under a 5 min wait. Today the host with the 10 pounds of makeup that is not serving her, and what i'm assuming was a server assigned to the front in a blue shirt- short causian female with pigtails made me decide today was the last. Systems mess up but the dirty looks, lack of accountabilty and attitude from my order not being picked up by the system and thus not ready, were uncalled for. Now when I am upset by the treatment from these horrible service ppl, blue shirt says "i'm sick of everyone's atttitude today", then looks at me rolls her eyes and walks away. Host was the only one who apologized for the extra wait but I would have preferred a refund. I don't do attitudes with my food and the pasta tasted funny. Blue shirt even told the host to leave someone on hold out of spite because the host mocked the caller as having an attitude. Way better workers out there who need jobs manager Tony. These two don't need jobs.

Brought my family in for the Easter bunny brunch. The breakfast menu was great along with the kids meal options. They had a kids activity center with goodie bags, eggs coloring/dying and stickers. The Easter bunny hopped around and the kids had a blast! Our server Mike was incredible and quick!
