  Im not a big Dunkin person. I just find their products to be overpriced so I go elsewhere. But I needed coffee and I couldn't wait. I downloaded the app, which i recommended, and placed an order. The place is pretty small. The line at the counter was 9 deep. Fortunately the mobile pickup is a separate line, which was only 4 deep The two ladies working were moving! These poor girls were slinging sandwiches together, pouring coffee, taking orders, serving food. Jeez. Hire some people! I felt bad for them. They're definitely underpaid. The coffee was good. The sandwich was good. But I feel so bad for those ladies busting their asses like that. $3 for a little cup of coffee and overpriced prepaid donuts? Hire some people. Your employees deserve better.

  Rude employees. 3/5 4:00pm I ordered 2 large strawberry refresher and asked for less green tea due to it being a blood thinner. The employee charged me extra it said 4 munchkins I told her I didn't order 4 munchkins she then said they have to charge extra for more concentrate ok cool. The employee then made the drink with more than half of cup green tea and very little concentrate which didn't make sense since I was charged extra. I told her that's not the correct way to make it I come everyday and get the same 2 drinks but today it was a unfamiliar face. She got upset with me and threw the drinks in the sink and started to make another drink while speaking her Spanish language to the other employee with an attitude. The other employee who knows me very well was afraid to speak up and had the nerve to say that she was the manager I don't care who you are that's not how you treat customers. When she put the lids on my drinks she coughed a couple of times while placing the lids on them and didn't cover her mouth I found that very disrespectful. I didn't want to argue because their were small kids in there enjoying their orders so i just threw them away. If you don't like your job kindly find a new one.

  This is the norm now. Very bad business practice to cheat your customers. A large clhot coffee is 20 oz on more than one occasion I was given 12oz in a large cup. I went back one day and showed them that I ordered a large and was given the amount of a medium. Without a word to me, she remade the coffee and handed to me, again no words spoken. Not, I’m sorry, nothing. I was shorted 6 oz of coffee each time. Over thousands of customers, that adds up and a profit for them.
