  Good service. Terrible wings. If there’s anything that you’re good at, it should be wings. The wings came out about three minutes after I ordered them and they were horrendously overcooked. They had to have been sitting around for a while before I even came into the restaurant.

  I wish I could give a 0 starts for experience I had today. I had one of the worst experiences today. The food was completely unacceptable — everything was cold. The fries tasted old, hard, and like they had been sitting for a long time. The wings were dry and cold as well. Even the beef steak was disappointing — it came with what tasted like old, refried meat, which made it even worse. What made it even worse was the manager. Extremely rude, talked back instead of listening, and made no effort to fix the problem. Honestly, someone with that attitude should not be managing a team. On the other hand, the waiter with black braids was the only bright spot. He was running around nonstop, taking orders and handling everything by himself with no support at all. No one, including the manager, even tried to help him. He was clearly working very hard and deserves recognition — and a raise. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back.

  Our waitress Kellyann was absolutely amazing and truly made our whole experience! From the moment we sat down, she was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She checked in on us at the perfect times without ever feeling intrusive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out she made us feel taken care of and added such a great energy to our day! On top of that, she was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations that we ended up loving. It’s not often you come across service this good, but she went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we hope to have her again!

  Walesky the server was a complete disaster. How the heck is she hired to serve customers??? Her hospitality and attitude is horrible. She deserves to work in a back room with no access to customers face to face. Why does she act like customers owe her a million dollars??? She ruined our entire experience at Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

  First time at this location. The server, her name was Walesky, from the moment I sat down, she didn’t say hello or anything at all. She made it seem like she is giving me gold bars for free and that I owe her money. The attitude she gave and had was very bad. The table behind me also had a bad experience, they had to get up and ask another server for help several times. I waited 40 minutes for Walesky to come to me so I can ask for the check. Guess what, she never did. I found a very nice lady with blonde hair, she gave me the check and a to go box. She is the reason I gave this place a 2 star. Otherwise it would be a 1 bad star. Do yourself a favor, when you go to this location, make sure you ask for a table that is not in Walesky’s section. She is simply not a good human being and does not belong in the restaurant and hospitality business.
