  Don't waste your money every time I ask for something on my sub she says we don't have it how do you not have pepper,American cheese, sweet banana peppers these are the most important things on a sub and while I was ordering she was on her Bluetooth talking to someone don't waste your time....

  Just came from here. I've been here many times and the men were always pleasant. Today, around 11 a.m, I came across a tall woman who clearly didn't wanna be there. Her entire demeanor and attitude were so unwelcoming. And when I tried to get my points, she said the screen timed out and I couldn't get my points. What? I decided to dine in and while I was eating, I dropped some chips on the floor. I needed more napkins to clean them up but she was in the back. The only napkin dispenser was next to the register but the back was facing me which meant I had to reach over to get the napkins. I was going to wait for her to come back but wasn't sure how long it would be so I reached over to grab the napkins. At that moment, she came out and saw me taking the napkins. She said I should've asked her for the napkins. I told her she was in the back and that normally stores have napkins available for customers to take but those napkins are turned away. She said "I know. That's why you have to ask for them." And that's when I told her I got them so I could clean something off the floor. Then I told her have a good day and made my way out. My food was good but I shouldn't have gotten anything to eat at all once I picked up her vibe. If she's doing all that in your face, what is she doing behind the scenes? If you don't like your job, just quit. Whatever you're dealing with has nothing to do with the customer. If I see her at this location, I won't be going inside. I did not have a good experience with her at all. Reading other reviews, I'm not the only one who has experienced this terrible customer service. Management should take heed to this.

  I dont get to eat at Subway often, but when I do I expect fresh ingredients, fast, friendly service, and a clean environment. I get all of these things when I come here. Even made a friend there. The location is rather quiet, off of a busy street but hidden somewhat nonetheless.

  They claim that they close at 9:00pm but it was only 8:30 and they were close.
