  Just came from here. I've been here many times and the men were always pleasant. Today, around 11 a.m, I came across a tall woman who clearly didn't wanna be there. Her entire demeanor and attitude were so unwelcoming. And when I tried to get my points, she said the screen timed out and I couldn't get my points. What? I decided to dine in and while I was eating, I dropped some chips on the floor. I needed more napkins to clean them up but she was in the back. The only napkin dispenser was next to the register but the back was facing me which meant I had to reach over to get the napkins. I was going to wait for her to come back but wasn't sure how long it would be so I reached over to grab the napkins. At that moment, she came out and saw me taking the napkins. She said I should've asked her for the napkins. I told her she was in the back and that normally stores have napkins available for customers to take but those napkins are turned away. She said "I know. That's why you have to ask for them." And that's when I told her I got them so I could clean something off the floor. Then I told her have a good day and made my way out. My food was good but I shouldn't have gotten anything to eat at all once I picked up her vibe. If she's doing all that in your face, what is she doing behind the scenes? If you don't like your job, just quit. Whatever you're dealing with has nothing to do with the customer. If I see her at this location, I won't be going inside. I did not have a good experience with her at all. Reading other reviews, I'm not the only one who has experienced this terrible customer service. Management should take heed to this.

  I came to the store and I ask can I get this. She came with attitude saying water is on the board is what we are making. I was like okay let me get this and exchange it with jalapeño. she said you cannot add what ever is on the menu and how it comes you will get but with attitude.

  The man who works there is rude and don’t need to be in front of customers. use a different location if you want customer service. Didn’t even want the food

  Bathroom is “out of order” (read don’t want to clean it for customers) and there is still no seating when every restaurant in the country has been open for dine in for a year (read don’t want to clean tables). There are tables and chairs piled up against the counter so that you can fall over them trying to see the food and to make sure customers don’t feel welcome. Selling expired chips. Open boxes all over the floor. Yearning for the time when American’s wanted to work, had a work ethic, and when businesses actually wanted customers…let’s open the gates of Mexico to allow real workers in and stop protecting American jobs (aka overpaid underperforming workers).
