Over all he was very attentive came back to check on us many times. Overall thought he was great with positive attitude and wonderful disposition. Also I have notice many chain restraunts quality of service and cleanliness have decreased post covid. Carrabbas still has focused on great service, good food and a clean environment.

I haven’t been here in over 15 years so me and my fiancé came for Valentine’s Day. When we got there, the host took us straight to our table. The table was still really dirty and he had to wipe it down. He was noticeably agitated and he just put the menus on the wet table. Our server came to take our drink order. I ordered a water and 2 margaritas for him and I. The water was brought out and the server took our meal order. Someone came back with our salads. I had the wrong dressing and my fiancé had no dressing. Then they brought the appetizer and the calamari was basically just a plate of breading. When we received our entrees, my fiancés steak was cooked well done after he asked for medium, and I had mushrooms in my pasta after requesting no mushrooms. And still by this time we never received our margaritas. When I inquired about the drinks they only brought out 1. I told the server we ordered 2 and she took a while to bring the second one. I can safely say I will never come back to this establishment.
