  I visited the McDonald's location and attempted to redeem a “Buy One Sandwich, Get One Free” coupon that I received after completing the customer survey listed on a prior receipt. The receipt (with the survey code) was issued at another McDonald’s location in Hillsborough. However, the staff member at the counter refused to accept the coupon, stating that it was not valid because it was from a different store. To my knowledge, there is no indication on the receipt that limits redemption to the original store location. Additionally, the interaction was disappointing due to the staff member’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to listen or clarify the situation. I would appreciate clarification on McDonald’s policy regarding these survey-based coupons, as well as better customer service in handling such situations.

  Breakfast is a joke. Wrong orders, extremely slow wait times, poorly made items. They gave me a mcfrappe that was not blended. I guess they’re trying to cut costs on electricity

  We ordered a quarter pounder w cheese and extra pickles yesterday. We got a very old dry beef patty, 3 pickles and ketchup. Nothing else. It wasn’t even warm bc the cheese thrown on it wasn’t melted. The bun was old and dry. And it was like $9. The fries and burger were from days ago. This has happened more than once in the last few years.

  easily the worst mcdonalds ive been to. workers are nasty and rude. orders dont even come out right. theres been multiple times where ive asked for a sauce and they put a nasty popped one in the bag. burgers/sandwiches look like they were intentionally thrown together horribly. i never write google reviews but this one deserves it. steer clear
