Poor customer service. Before ordering, I took my small child to the restroom and then upon leaving the restroom surveyed the menu and did not see any kids meals listed. That’s what I came for so if they didn’t have it, I wasn’t ordering anything. I was not greeted or given any sort of acknowledgment until I went to leave. Before I made it to the door, the lady working stopped me and said “Ma’am, I would never deny a restroom to a child, but they’re for customers only so next time you need to ask before you just use our restrooms.” And then went back to frosting her cake and ignored me. I calmly responded that I was looking for a kids meal, but didn’t see them anywhere on the menu and she just ignored me and didn’t offer anything that would be available for me to order so I just left. I can understand wanting to limit the restroom customers only but one I was a potential customer and two the restroom looked like it hadn’t been touched with any cleaning supplies in weeks. This lady needs to learn some customer service skills.

I recently called this Dairy Queen location to ask a simple question about whether they were participating in “Free Cone Day,” and the experience was extremely disappointing. The representative answered my question, but then immediately hung up without any attempt at basic courtesy—no “thank you,” no “have a nice day,” nothing.
Regardless of how busy things may be, abruptly ending a call like that is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business. Customer service isn’t just about providing an answer—it’s about how you treat people in the process. Hanging up on someone the moment you’re done speaking shows a lack of respect and basic communication skills.
This kind of behavior should not be considered acceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with a minimum level of courtesy, even during a quick phone call. I hope management addresses this, because interactions like this leave a lasting negative impression.

The first time I purchased it was ok. The second time I went there with a coworker and upon going to the rest room, I heard my coworker tell the staff to refund the money due to the employee not washing her hands after mopping the floor and then went straight to handle the milk container. We also reported it to the supervisor, so I won't be going back there
