  Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Management Team, I am writing to formally report a very upsetting experience I had today at the drive-through of one of your Dunkin’ Donuts locations. From the moment I began placing my order, the manager on duty had an extremely rude and unpleasant attitude. I was polite and respectful while ordering, yet she spoke to me harshly and impatiently. When I arrived at the window, I calmly asked why she was speaking to me in that manner. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she raised her voice and continued to speak to me disrespectfully. She made excuses about other employees being busy with orders, but that does not justify yelling at a customer. Her behavior was so aggressive that my children, who were in the car with me, became scared and started crying due to her yelling. I was simply there to place and pay for my order, not to cause any trouble. I’m also a business owner and work at a 7-Eleven, so I understand customer service very well. While I was not demanding anything special, I do believe customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and kindness. A manager, especially, should set a positive example for employees and customers alike. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly believe this individual should not be in a managerial position. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so other families do not have to experience the same treatment. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Mahrukh Shan
