Service was very slow and unorganized, I went to sit in the dining area and every table was dirty when I mentioned this to the staff they said they were understaffed. When our meal came I got the pick Two, soup and sandwich the food smelled spoiled as I took a bite I tried the soup and it was terrible. This place is going to get someone sick luckily it wasn’t me. 1 star is being generous I’m sure Panera will be a thing of the past in the near future

I went in thinking I hit the jackpot however I soon found out the jackpot wasn’t going in my favor. Waited at the counter 10 minutes ordered a hot coffee and hot soup and got a COLD CUP OF COFFEE and a COLDER SOUP! I would understand if they were short staffed however they (Panera) had 8 employees on cleaning the kitchen up! No manager anywhere to be seen! Coffee station was cluttered and dirty. I did ask the young girl in the kitchen if I could get a hot coffee and soup and was told “We are cleaning up give me a minute! Never again A simple coffee and a soup!
