  I’m extremely upset with my order. First of all, I had it scheduled for 10:10 AM, and I even came in 7 minutes late and still didn’t have my order ready! I ordered hours ahead. I watched the workers being extremely slow with making my order, which is typically fine, but in a rush, this is unacceptable. I also saw an employee, there were only three today, leave to go to the bathroom or in the back during a rush! Obviously if something is needed or it’s genuinely an emergency, go. But she was gone for multiple minutes while I was still waiting on my order. I work in food service, and these actions not only interfere with the order, but with your coworkers! On top of that, I got an order of munchkins with only chocolate glazed and regular glazed, and instead got assorted. I’m very upset. I was running extremely late to where I needed to be because my scheduled order was 10 minutes late! I didn’t spend 30+ dollars to get a late and incorrect order! I’m very upset with this Dunkin. Please do better next time.

  First and last time I stop on my way to work for a treat. I ordered 2 small hot chocolates and a box of munchkins. I waited over 10 minutes and unfortunately I didn't have any more time to wait. I informed them that I didn't have any more time to wait for the order, there was no apology or offer for a refund. So over 10 minutes later and out $15 I had to walk out because I didn't have any more time that I can wait.

  The morning crew are great but my goodness does afternoon and weekend crew just blow my mind. Multiple times waiting on orders for 15 minutes plus after a mobile order was placed in advance. One kid just threw 2 drink trays at me after being frustrated not being able to take them apart when I asked for one. Drinks not made properly etc. I told my wife were going to go somewhere else from now on. Where did they get these kids from? Horrible customer service.

  Came here on 11/2 to pick a polar pizza and these were displayed. There used to be an Indian woman would make amazing cakes and display them nicely. We've ordered tons over the years. Came here to pick up a polar pizza for my son's soccer team and these are what was there. The place needs a good renovation like the new one in Barnegat and someone who can keep up with the cakes/drinks/food supply.
