  The owner “disables” online ordering, making you ineligible to order certain bundles that are seen online or in the app. Then, the employees tell you there’s nothing they can do to honor it. Event went so far as to say “I’ve asked the boss about this.” Price in my cart was $42, but couldn’t order online. Price when I got there $58. Greedy, shady business practices. Go order somewhere local, this is scummy behavior.

  So I normally love to order and I go to the one in barnegat but I happen to be on the island going home so I ordered at the manahawkin location two girls working I came in to sit down and wait for my pick up order I guess cause they were both back they didn’t realize I came in and they were making fun on my order because I only got bacon and cheese on my burger which to me isn’t weird they were saying how could someone order this they must be 500 pounds maybe you should be greeting your customers as they come in come to find out I go home. There is hair in my bacon cheeseburger, and it’s way overcooked. Guess this 140 pound mom should have just cooked at home!

  This is the second disgusting meal from the Manahawkin NJ location. I ordered during the grand opening and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a second time and everything had a terrible twice-fried flavor like it was reheated or the fry oil was the wrong temp. I brushed it off as a one-off bad night. This third order was just as bad as the second order. Food was either over cooked or undercooked. Fried pickles were soft and almost like a stale potato chip consistency. The chicken fingers were overcooked on the inside but the breading was wet and falling off the outside. The potato wedges were so dry and hard they must have been under the heat lamp for quite some time. The cheese curds have a chemical after taste. I can keep going… Long story short, I’ve wasted nearly $100 on food I’ve thrown in the trash and that’s a shame because your full-service locations are consistently good.
