    Everytime my friend and I come during school, this one lady always has an attitude with us. She told us that we can’t customize a drink with more sugar? She is always so rude to us, short, older, woman.

    rude service and gave me my coffee wrong with oat milk when i asked for whole milk then gave me my bacon egg and cheese completely burnt. no respect at all

    Staff was fantastic yesterday. Very accommodating woman who ran three gift certificates through to see how much money on them. She wore a chicken hat....so great for the season! Also we met my Dad's best friend....who worked at Boston Naval Shipyard with him many years ago. I asked another young woman if she could lower the sounds a little for us as I wanted to make sure we could all hear each other ...she was wonderful. I would go there again just for the staff.

    My daughter went to place order for a wrap, donuts, and we asked for munchkins. But my daughter forgot to ask for the Halloween bucket. The lady gave her an attitude and said you did not tell me. Even when my daughter ask for the free rewards donut and said and rolled her eyes it’s just what I have. There are other ways of approaching your customers and least to say it was my 16 year old daughter.
