I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Monday, January 5th at approximately 9:00 PM. Although the store’s posted closing time is 10:00 PM, I was informed that Blizzards were no longer being served. When I asked for clarification, I was told that the equipment is cleaned an hour before closing, which effectively prevents customers from ordering one of the primary menu items during the final hour of operation.
In addition to this policy being frustrating, the employees on duty were dismissive and unprofessional in the way they communicated this information. Their tone came across as rude rather than apologetic or helpful, which made the situation even more unpleasant.
If Blizzards are not available during the last hour of business, the store should adjust its advertised closing time or clearly communicate this limitation to customers. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses both the customer service and operational practices moving forward.

Gonna blame it on myself for ordering food from here that was my mistake, but omg the food here is not even edible. I ordered a hotdogs, I recieved a burn to a crisp dehydrated chili dog. Took one bit and gagged, the hot dog was like beef jerky. Disgusting. Stick to the Ice cream in this place. Paid for a drink I never recieved as well. I feel bad because I know these are just kids working here, so I can't blame them, but cmon atleast teach them how to use the fryer or complete an order.
