  Bait and switch? False online/app advertising? I sometimes go here. I prefer Shoprite. However, my latest experience made me decide to not return. I went there today because I saw there was a deal: Buy 4 beef stir fry rounds for 4.99 each. Awesome! Not... I picked up the four packages (approximately $7-8 each). I went to checkout, put in my phone # (it is a clipped deal), and noticed the deal didn't go through. I then called over an employee to show them and ask why it didn't go through. They said it only applies to the beef stir fry rounds placed in a specific part of the store, apparently not where all the other beef is. I got my beef from the actual beef focused area. They also said that it only applies to those ones because they are smaller packaging; more on that part later in my review. I told them that the advertisement/clipped deal doesn't show exclusions and that it doesn't say it applies to only certain beef rounds, they said sorry, you can only choose from those ones and that the app/clipped deal would never tell you it only applies to certain beef stir fry rounds. Kind of scummy, not of her, but of the store. So only if you happen to walk past the specific place they have those beef stir fry rounds will you get the deal? They have two sections with beef stir fry rounds apparently. Not even next to each other. Last thing: I went back to the area she told me about after I asked her to void all the beef. Some of the packages, without the deal applied, were less than $4.99. So I get less product for more cost? Is acme trying to make me figure out their formula for product placement, cost, deals, not deals, why was that one $4.62 and would they bump it up to $4.99 during check out? Please specify your deals in app and that exclusions apply.

  Best ACME around , forget Shop Rite come here for the great service along with some great deals while enjoying a Starbucks when shopping

  I buy very often here but this is my second time I got trouble with person that pick up shopping carts he is rude crazy old guy

  Pat at the deli counter should be recognized for her outstanding customer service. She is always so kind, patient, and helpful every time I come in. Whenever I order sliced meats for sandwiches and ask for them shaved or extremely thin, she never gives me that strange look that I sometimes get from other workers. Instead, she always slices a sample piece to show me first, which I really appreciate. There have been many times both at ACME and at other places where I ask for it to be a specific way and end up getting it way too thick, and unfortunately it ends up going to waste. Pat takes the extra step to make sure it’s exactly right. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly stand out. Pat should absolutely be recognized for her amazing customer service and her sweet personality!
