  Why is this location always opening late???? Even had hours for their Holiday hours as opening at 9:30am posted on their window and still was opening late! Not sure what the problem is but hope it gets fixed!

  This used to be our favorite Taco Bell. Sadly, not any more. It is a popular Taco Bell but it is way understaffed. There was one guy at the counter. He was pleasant but overwhelmed. The counter was surrounded by many people waiting for their meals. So it was difficult to differentiate between those waiting for their meals and those trying to order. It took about 13 minutes to get to order. The restaurant was dirty. All tables had not been wiped down in a long time. The floor was dirty. The soda machine was out of many sodas. The counter where you pick up sauces had sticky sauce packs covered in sauce. Ewwww! The napkin dispensers were empty of napkins but filled with trash. When you asked for napkins at the counter, you received a three inch stack of napkins. Way too many even for me. We ordered two $7 boxes. The chicken chalupa shell was stale and hard. The taco was barely filled. The beef and bean burrito was nicely filled and was fresh and hot. The. Cinnamon Crisps were fresh on top and very old and stale from the middle to bottom of the bag. Both orders of the food were the same. We won’t be back until they clean up their act. If it is dirty where you can plainly see it, how dirty is it in the back where they are making your food? Hopefully others also take this stand. Do better Taco Bell! You have the potential to be great!

  i ordered take out , they got the order right but ,im literally 2 miles away and my food was cold ! is it me or they so inconsistent on the meat or chicken portion on taco ..where paying almost $4 dollars a taco can i get some meat with that ,not to mention i dont get lettuce on my tacos so im saving use time so when there nothing but shell its not enjoyable.my chicken quesadilla was sloppy as hell creamy jalapeño sause dripping everywhere like. I dont think ill be going to this store anymore
