  I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant stuffed with hash browns. My Croissant stuffer wasn’t fully cooked. It was half warm, half cold. I only got four burnt hashbrowns. I am very disappointed

  Walk in to order coffee after missing 9:02 train. My wife was stopped from going to the bathroom by an employee with red, braided hair, claiming she wanted to finish drying the floor. My wife was immediately told someone was in the bathroom. My wife says ok. We order 1 coffee, 1 chai tea and 2 orders of hash browns. As we're eating, another customer walk in, orders. The rest of his family walks in and his wife asks to use the bathroom. She was instantly buzzed in to go. Another person with her goes right after. I suggest my wife finally go because its obvious no one was ever in the bathroom. My wife asked to go in and was ignored, then says nevermind. The red, braided hair employee claims she was finishing an order. The employee then says "whatever then" after my wife says its fine. I let her know her behavior is inexcusable. She tells me with a shooing motion, "I'm not listening to you!" I asked if a manager is available. I was told by the other employee wearing a headband with gray, braided hair that no manager is available. Oddly enough, both employees deferred to her when taking orders. This behavior is deplorable. Especially when addressing people of the same color, yet code switch and use yes sir, no ma'am multiple times with others. Despicable behavior that obviously happens more than its should. Judging people by looks is not the way to run a business. Uncouth employees will eventually get your business shut down.

  Every single time I come there I’m waiting for at least 10 mins for just a coffee. I literally sat inside there this morning 15 mins before my train By the time my train came. My order still was not taken. This may be the worst store in the city when it comes to customer service. Never a dull moment there at all.

  Tried ordering a toasted and egg and cheese at 7 am but was told the ovens weren’t on so i couldn’t order either?? Lol
