Never going to this location again! :( We got in at 9pm (they close at 11) with only 3 people in front of us, and we left at 9:30pm. It was so incredibly slow. They were out of multiple items, and restocked others only when we asked if they had any more. Not to mention the portions!! Oh my goodness. You are paying full price for half a bowl/burrito. Please go to another location… don’t waste your time here.

Don’t go to this location! My husband and I ordered on the app. My husband noticed they got 1 bowl order wrong and they remade. Then they chase him down as he left because they gave us somebody else’s order. They did not label the bowls so they had to open 4 bowls to figure out whose was whose. Normally I would tell them to remake the whole order over again but my husband waited long enough for them to get it together. When we got home we realized both of our bowls were still completely wrong for a THIRD TIME!! Just absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars

They honored an order I made several hours ago during my lunch break. I had made a mistake and ordered online to this location instead of the one near my workplace. The online support was of no help. I had to place a new order at the new location for them to refund my order for the old location. Unfortunately, I did not have time to wait for a new order and insisted on getting a refund, but to no avail. The support team suggested that my order would be there all day. So I went after work. They did not have my order there unfortunately, but the employees asked the manager and they honored my order after giving them the confirmation number to my order. Thank you!
