  La manager y la chica que me atendieron tienen pésima actitud y tratan mal, dijeron que no había nada de carne o pollo y guacamole pero luego vi que si había y dicen que ese es el entrenamiento que su prioridad es los pedidos de Uber no la gente que hace fila para atención faltaba una hora para cerrar no tienen excusa fue una pésima experiencia

  I eat at Chipotle two or three times a week, and I can say that this Chipotle is one of the worst I've ever been to. The portions are way too small; they put half a spoonful of everything in the bowl

  The energy and the way they serve the food is a zero they don’t listen to instructions this is the afternoon shift gave me old rice when I specifically said I’ll wait for a fresh batch this this the second bad experience at this location i usually don’t give bad review but something’s need to change at this location

  I went to this location to pick up food to go. I ordered three bowls with rice, chicken, pico, salsa, and vegetables. When I got home, the bag broke because the bottom of the bag was wet. I brought the bag back to the store and spoke to the manager shown in the photo. She said they could remake the food and asked if I had the receipt. When she saw the $37 total, she said, “Oh no, you’re lying—we’re not replacing all three bowls.” I told her I never asked for all three bowls to be replaced, only the ones that fell. One bowl was completely gone, and part of another bowl had spilled. She then told her employee to remake only one bowl. While standing across the dining area, the manager yelled to the employee to add more rice. I replied that I didn’t want more rice and asked why they couldn’t add more protein instead. I told her the customer service was awful and that I would be filing a complaint with corporate. I took a photo of the manager. As they finished remaking my bowl, another employee approached me and asked why I took a photo of their manager. I explained that I was sending it to her regional manager. The employee asked me to delete the photo, and I said no. She then said she was calling the police, and I replied, “Feel free.” As they handed me the food and I was leaving, the employee who said she was calling the police ran in front of me and tried to block the door, saying I couldn’t leave. I told her I didn’t care, opened the other door, and left. She then followed me to my car while recording me and speaking to the police on the phone. I waited 15 minutes for the police to arrive. During that time, I was on the phone with a corporate customer service representative. I finished my call with corporate before the police even arrived.

  The ladies behind the counter were having fun! Food temps were being checked which is always a good sign of QC. The chips however, were either soggy or overcooked. Strange.
