The food is quality and with research can meet sodium restricted diets. The service was poor. I had to ask for staff to ring me up and then complete my order by giving me the chips I paid for. They acted like doing this was inconveniencing them!

The worst customer service experience ever in any of the Chipotle i have visited. I don't know what the policy is to serve customer that ordered online but I didn't know it gonna be this inflexible.
The store wasn't busy but still not sure why my request to let me make my own bowl or they assist in getting the customer out of door faster wasn't entertained. These requests or pointing at inefficiencies was rude according to the guy on the cash counter.
What actually was rude is.
1. Telling customer that you shouldn't have ordered online if you can't wait.
2. Speaking with co-worker in a language not understood by the customer.
3. Asking for a respect when you actually isn't respecting the customer itself.
Chipotle corporate - I didn't know ordering online would be treated so differently that you can let customer wait but can't use a regular line.
What's the use of ordering online or a tech?

One of my better experiences at Chipotle. I had an order for 4 and wild anxiety going in there. But staff was very friendly and accommodating! Super clean as well. Would definitely go back to this location.

Stopped in early this evening to try a veggie bowl to go. I was so disappointed to find out that a veggie bowl has hardly any vegetables, and the portions that were given were incredibly small. After getting a spoonful of rice and some black beans, the only vegetable option to select from was thinly sliced green peppers and onions. Once these were scattered on top of the small servings of rice and black beans, I asked for chopped tomatoes (a spoonful was placed on one end of the bowl), sour cream (again, such a small amount was given), chopped lettuce (this was placed on the other end of the bowl), and guacamole (which I was told was an additional charge). I got a sprinkling of some type of shredded cheese, which I did not ask for. The price for this very small bowl without much variety of vegetables was nearly $13.00. When I questioned the price due to the limited vegetable offerings and very small portions, the person who made the bowl could not answer any of my questions because of a language barrier. I hadn't realized that she relied on me pointing to the items when I ordered. She left the station to get someone who was more proficient with English, but this person didn't understand what I was trying to express. I was asked several times if I wanted a tortilla, which I was told was another additional charge. I got so annoyed over the entire situation, and I told the second person that I was not going to buy the bowl or the tortilla and I left. Honestly, if a restaurant is going to offer a veggie bowl, more than just thinly sliced green peppers and onions need to be included (or don't offer this option at all). I want to add that it's not a good decision on management's part to have someone who is not able to communicate with customers due to a language barrier be the only person making the orders and interacting with customers. Extremely disappointed- will not be going back.

Stopped by this store around afternoon time to get a sofrita bowl. The store seemed little dirty inside. There were couple tables and a lot of high tables to dine-in.
It wasn’t busy, so got to order my bowl right away. All the ingredients were available. The staff quickly put in all the items. Scanned my membership for points at register, and paying was easy with tap. The soda station had all the condiments. But the soda machine lacked enough gas, the drinks were watery.
