- SHSelena HernandezFeb 10, 20261.0If I can give this place “0” stars I would. I came in to get a cappuccino blast and the gentleman at the register seem like he did not want to be at work. He was on his phone and hunched over the counter in front of the register. As I approached the register to place my order for my drink the gentleman had informed me that “ they don’t have cappuccino blast”. I asked him was this because they were out of the ingredients for the drink or are they discontinuing the drink? He then proceeds to repeat himself and say that they don’t have any cappuccino blast. Right off the bat I knew this information was incorrect as I’m a regular customer and I get this drink often so I placed an order through DoorDash to get it delivered to my job. This location accepted my DoorDash order!!! And my DoorDash delivery driver was able to picked up and delivered my drink to my job. Completely terrible!!! The fact I was treated like is beyond unacceptable!!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
