  Poor customer service, we went 10 minutes to close, asked for 2 shakes, were told they were about to close... the shop was full of people eating ice-cream, there was a chance two for shakes to be made.

  I recently visited this ice cream place at Willowbrook Mall with my friend, and we both ordered cookies and cream, mine in a cone, and my friend’s in a cup. While the staff member was preparing the cup, we noticed a cockroach inside the cup. When we told her about it, she simply threw the cockroach away and was about to use the same cup as if nothing had happened. She didn’t even apologize. We decided to switch to cones instead, thinking it was just that one cup, but unfortunately, after eating the ice cream, both of us felt extremely nauseous and had upset stomachs. The whole experience was very upsetting and unhygienic. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness and food safety standards.
