Then I met Karen! no her name is actually Karen, and she’s more than a Karen to say the least! Let’s just say her personality makes expired milk seem inviting, and her attitude could curdle cream on contact. basically she had surpassed her expiration date by decades! Visually unpleasant, temperamentally even worse. One encounter with her was enough to turn my favorite store into a place I’ll never set foot in again. Congrats, ACME you let one employee chase away a loyal, big-spending customer! I was at least in your store three times a week spending nearly $450 each time! You do the math and I will be telling other moms about the low standards on your hiring process!
