    I honestly don’t know how this location is still operating like this. This is easily the 100th time items have been missing from my order. I come here often because it’s on my way home, and every single time it’s a gamble whether I’ll actually get what I paid for. Today was the final straw. I just finished a 13-hour shift, stopped to grab breakfast, and HALF my order was missing (Order BT70). Everything circled on the receipt was not in the bag. Of course, the app is useless once you leave, and the store is 10 minutes away, which means the only “solution” is to turn around and waste even more time and energy I don’t have. I’m exhausted. I’m frustrated. And I’m tired of paying full price for incomplete orders. This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern. If you can’t handle basic order accuracy, stop taking orders. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check bags like it’s their job or drive back every time you mess up. Do better. This is ridiculous.
