I ordered a medium fries and got barely half a box, more like a small. On top of that, my 20-piece Chicken McNuggets only had 17 pieces. I went through the drive-thru to order a McChicken and a Sundae. However, they didn’t process my Sundae order at all. When I politely asked the staff to double-check, their response was dismissive, as if they were too busy to care about my order. It’s not about the few dollars — it’s about customer service and respect. After years of being a regular customer, I’m truly disappointed. I honestly think Burger King or Wendy’s offer much better service and treat customers with more care.
