  Female employee was very rude after messing up my drink, to the point where both male and female employee started getting loud and saying “ you don’t work here , I do I know how to make a drink “ all because I asked for my drink to please be remade .. even after asking they ignored me and walked away. I wanted a blush spritz refresher that’s all.. they continued getting loud, even getting my food i reached out to get my order and the male employee just drop it on the counter and walked away .. very rude. Never again 03/03/2026 @1:15pm

  I bought a couple of things at the dunkin location 1. Bagel with extra cream cheese not toasted 2. 2 doughnuts 3 . Coffee light and sweet 4. Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant The doughnuts were very stale and so was the bagel and burnt when I asked specifically 3 times not to be toasted so was the croissant I threw it away bc some of it was jus either to burn or uncooked and the coffee I received was blacked literally no sugar or barely any creamer. Terrible dukin even had coffee grains in the coffee get people who know what there doing or better training. Wanted a refund but they wouldn’t give me one bc they never gave me my receipt after I paid they took it and threw it away in front of me very terrible service and wouldn’t recommend

  Guy sitting there midnight telling me it’s closed its supposed to be 24hrs And there’s literally a guy with a dunkin uniform just chilling
