  My son is new to coffee and didn't know what to order. The woman helping us made him a custom drink based on what flavors he likes and he LOVED it. She even went the extra mile to help the other employees learn his order in case she's not there to make it. We've been back since and every order has been wonderful!

  Just visited the newly opened Dunkin’ and had an awesome experience! The place was clean, the service was super fast, and everything tasted fresh. What really made the visit stand out was the amazing staff. Italia, Alexis, and Anthony all went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, welcoming, and clearly cared about giving great service. It’s not every day you see a team that positive and helpful. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

  I’m beyond upset writing this review as I’m not the type to write negative about any local business, but I feel this deems it. Sent and paid for my girlfriend to pick up her usual coffee/breakfast order as a pick me up as she was having a terrible morning due to some family emergencies. To hear that she waited 10+ minutes in the drive through. Proceeded to pull up to the window to see if eveything was ok or if anyone was working the window. To the be belittled and told to drive back around with a nasty tone as if it was her fault. To then get her coffee order and breakfast order incorrect. Then again having to walk inside already feeling humiliated to be spoken to very rudely. To still wind up with an incorrect order, which at this point feels almost intentional. My girlfriend called me bawling her eyes out, she felt disregarded, humiliated and embarrassed for something she didn’t do on an already hard day heading to work. Things happen, things get made incorrectly, kitchens get busy, but it cost nothing and doesn’t take much to treat people properly. Unbelievable.

  Second time giving this Dunkin a try & the food once again was horrible. I paid for extra queso on my loaded hashbrowns & got a laughable splash of it & cold hash browns at that. I also ordered a maple bacon wrap with the egg on the side...egg was in with again a laughable floppy 1 cut in half piece of bacon (the staff thought if you cut 1 piece of bacon it would equally out to 2 😑); take the trip to Tuckerton Dunkin.
