  The employee that took my payment at first window, he is always smiling and friendly. A different or new employee today than usual handed me my food at second window, no napkins, no ketchup, didn't ask......it wasn't THAT BUSY at 1:00pm. Aren't employees trained to ask?... or is McDonald's cutting costs even after serving Billion$?

  Everytime I order a large fry I always end up with just a medium. The women there have terrible customer service. But the one blonde boy usually taking orders is amazing! I hope he gets a raise soon!
