    I had the worst McDonalds experience to date here. The staff refuses to acknowledge anyone at the front and my food sat there while I looked at it for about 15 minutes. My fries are cold and my ice cream is melted.

    I ordered one mcflurry and it took 15 minutes to make and 5 minutes to deliver in my hands. Two managers were on moving very slow knowing there was six customers who were surprisingly very patient not causing any fuss they even took so long someone took a door dash order without paying because of the wait while on manager was taking notes while busy and the other young curly haired manager never looked over to help us and was standing in one spot the entire time. With no enthusiasm what so ever. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's. I've worked at McDonald's for fifteen years and every person should be fired or talk to because that is unacceptable behavior. With one of the most popular fast food restaurants in the world it was very disappointing to see people who want to get paid more but don't deserve it. I'll still go to McDonald's just not this one.
