On top of that, it arrived cold, and the bread bowl (from a place literally called Panera Bread) was hard frozen in the middle after waiting 25 mins cause she said “it in the oven”. This was my first and definitely my last time eating Panera ever. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a meal. The only redeeming thing is the coffee at least that’s hard to mess up.

The lid was obviously faulty and they still chose to serve burning hot soup this way. They were giggling and talking amongst each other on the headset when I approached them about it. The staff is definitely a liability to this business.
