I don’t know who in the right mind would ever hire such a rude, unprofessional, disgusting person to assist in running this store. I witnessed that Not only is she nasty to customers but is horrible to her staff as well. Talks to them like garbage. Not a good look to be the front face of this Dunkin. You can tell she was more focused on a male worker than her actual job. You want business to pick up, she needs to go.

On top of that, I didn’t receive the doughnut I ordered, and the overall customer service was poor, with staff showing negative attitudes.
