  The wings were cold. Granted, I came at 10 on a Tuesday night. Yes it's late but they're open until midnight and the Giants game was still on. Not ideal.

  We come here often, you can say we are regulars lol Rosa is hands-down one of the best bartenders at Buffalo Wild Wings. She was friendly, fast, and super attentive the entire time. Our drinks were perfect as usual, food came out smooth, and she kept great energy throughout our visit. She checked in on us just the right amount and made us feel really welcomed.

  Very disapointed at this location. I got a table in front of the bar and i was there for over 15 minutes and nobody went to my table to ask if i want to order or anything . Them my wife got upset and decided to live and as soon as we stood up they got worry if we are living with out paying our tab.And to make it even worst nobody apologized or asked if we would like to stay and make a order. My table was right at the front of the entrance of the bar and waitress and bartender was talking right in front of me for minutes and nobody cared to ask if we need any assistance .

  I was seated at a table and we waited 20 minutes to be served in a place that wasn't busy. I got up to leave when someone came and asked if we were leaving without paying. Pay for what if we weren't even served? Extremely dissatisfied.

  Went to this awful location specifically to watch a game that I had a bet on. I have been to maybe 100 BWWs in my life. Always enjoy the experience. We got there and it wasn’t particularly crowded, but the staff was frazzled and confused from minute one. The hostess didn’t know where to seat us and said that the only table she had was one facing one TV that had a UFC fight on it. I’m not watching that shit. So I asked to sit at one of the bar tables. Lots of TVs and I asked for the Oklahoma/Mississippi game. College Football. “Sure - No Problem” great. We sat there for 5-7 minutes. No waitress, no tv change that I asked for. So I figure we have to order at the bar. Bartender says “Uh - lemme check”. No, we have to order with a waitress. (How do you not know immediately what your responsibilities are?) I ask for the Oklahoma/Mississippi game again, but this time I ask the bartender. “Sure. No Problem” great 5 more minutes pass - no waitress. Ok. I ask again. “She’s coming”. great Waitress comes, takes out order. “Thank you. Any chance I can get the Oklahoma/Mississippi game on that TV that’s playing last night’s knicks post-game studio report? “Sure No problem” great Waitress disappears for another 10 minutes. I ask a waiter who is at the TV control station about the Oklahoma Game. “Sure No problem.” great 10 more minutes…We get our food. Oklahoma Game? Please? “Sure No problem. Sorry about that” great I go to eat my sandwich: A) it’s disgusting B) It’s the wrong sandwich. Waitress is nowhere to be found for another 15 minutes. So finally, I tell the bartender: My game never came on My food is wrong I have no waitress I have to leave. She hands my check to another guy who ftee 5 more minutes then takes the sandwich off the bill. I leave hungry and never able to watch one second of the game that I drove 20 minutes away from my son’s baseball game to watch
