As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They didn’t give my husband what he ordered, and the way the food was handed to him felt careless and disrespectful. He was in police uniform and I feel like they were discriminating against him because of that and that’s why they had an attitude. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt, which makes me question whether I was charged for items I never even received. I attempted to call the store to speak with a manager. The first time, they hung up on me. The second time, I was told the manager was “in the bathroom” and to call back. When I tried again 10 minutes later, the phone suddenly wasn’t working at all. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding the situation instead of addressing a customer concern. The quality of the food has seriously declined. The bread on the sandwiches was dry and tasted like the kind of hamburger buns served in school cafeterias. This is not the quality I remember, and it’s extremely disappointing. If employees are this unhappy and unwilling to provide basic customer service, they should reconsider working in food service. Customers deserve respect, accuracy, and professionalism. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
