  One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, and thats not an exaggeration. Me and my mom decided to stop here for the NCAA national championship game after a long day of driving 6 hours from buffalo NY, and our server, Ralphie, (I think that’s how its spelt) was one of the nicest servers we have ever encountered. He asked about our trip, talked sports and music with us, he even gave us 6 free wings on him as an act of “Jersey Hospitality” as he called it. It was such an amazing experience. We tried coming back before the end of our trip but unfortunately he wasn’t there. I hope he sees this someday because we never got to say a proper goodbye. It left a lasting impact on our trip, something we’ll look back on when we think of how wonderful New York City/New Jersey really is. Thank you for everything Ralphie!!!

  1st time visiting this Bdubs location, and it won't be the last! Our server, Diego, had speedy service the entire duration of our dinner. Our order was accurate and came in a timely manner. Would recommend coming to this location again. The restaurant was clean, for the most part, and the food was really good for a Bdubs location. The wings were very tender and could tell that they were fresh. The ranch was yummy, and the fries were crunchy. Carrots were also fresh. I had the Original Buffalo and Lemon Pepper Hot, both were bussin' flavors. My partner had the Original Buffalo and Thai Curry and his were also good. Would recommend, 10/10. We might make this pitstop more often now :)

  I visited today and had a very disappointing experience. I was left standing in the lobby for about 15 minutes with my daughter, and no one came to greet or assist us. I even asked a waiter if someone would be serving us, but nothing changed. What made it worse was seeing the person who appeared to be in charge talking at the bar and completely ignoring the fact that we were waiting. There was no acknowledgment at all. This level of service is unacceptable. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

  I Always Come Into This BWW & Always Ask For Rosa Because She Is Possibly The Best ! Service Is Always Fast & Efficient ! Food Was Bomb.com ! I Love Coming To This Location Only For Her ! Someone Give My Girl A Raise ASAP Please !

  This place deserves a 5 star service excellent everyone that was here was smiling interacting with one another vibe so excellent and the bar tender shout out to her she made me feel like family (Rosa) her name very well respected always smiling and the waiters too said hi walking bye so I’ll be back
